The Academy provides structured professional education built around The Leadership Cube® framework of Purpose, People, and Process. Programs combine leadership development, organizational alignment, evidence-based decision making, and continuous improvement with practical application to real organizational challenges.
Academy certification programs are designed to move beyond knowledge alone. Learners are expected to understand key concepts, apply what they learn, and demonstrate achievement through structured assessments and certification requirements.

The Leadership Cube® Academy is designed around a simple principle: professional development should lead to practical application.
Learners progress through structured course content, apply concepts to realistic organizational situations, demonstrate understanding through assessments, and connect what they learn to leadership challenges in their own organizations.
The goal is not simply course completion. It is to help learners develop practical approaches they can use to strengthen Purpose, People, and Process in the workplace.
The Leadership Cube® Academy programs can also support organizational leadership development.
Organizations may enroll groups of leaders or employees in Academy programs to establish a common framework for addressing leadership, alignment, employee engagement, process performance, continuous improvement, and organizational results.
Organizational programs may include coordinated learner enrollment, online course delivery, applied learning activities, certification requirements, and program-level evaluation.

Are Academy certification programs available online?
Yes. The Leadership Cube® Academy uses online learning to provide structured professional education and certification. The hospitality leadership certification program will be delivered online through TalentLMS.
Do certification programs include assessments?
Yes. Certification requirements vary by program and may include knowledge checks, applied assignments, case studies, and certification examinations.
What does a learner receive after successfully completing a certification program?
Learners completing LCA-HL-101 earn the Certified Hospitality Leadership Professional (CHLP) credential and receive the corresponding Academy certificate.
Is The Leadership Cube®: The Science of Hospitality Leadership available now?
The program is currently preparing for beta implementation and is Coming Soon for broader enrollment.
How long does the hospitality leadership program take to complete?
The current estimated learner workload is approximately 12–15 hours. This estimate will be validated through the program's initial beta implementation.
Can organizations participate?

Does the Academy currently award continuing education units (CEUs)?
