David J. Theilacker is a leadership development consultant, author, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt who helps organizations achieve clarity, alignment, and performance. As the creator of The Leadership Cube™ Framework and author of The Leadership Cube™ Series, he equips leaders with practical tools to align Purpose, People, and Process across their organizations.
A Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) owner and former United States Navy aircraft mechanic, David has spent decades leading complex programs and helping organizations improve operational effectiveness. Over the years, he has held positions of significant responsibility, including Program Manager for Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft and Unmanned Air Vehicles, managing complex programs that required strategic coordination, accountability, and organizational alignment. His leadership workshops combine strategic insight with proven methods such as Lean Six Sigma, diagnostics, and experiential learning to strengthen communication, decision-making, and team alignment.
